Welcome to what we're aiming to make a one-stop-shop for the best game in the world. Whether you call it Paddle Pong, Pong, Dartmouth Pong, Paddle, or something else, our goal is to celebrate it, socialize it, and grow the community around it.
Our background isn't too surprising - we played an unhealthy amount of Pong in college, considered it a second major, and would do it the same way if given the opportunity again. While it's hard to go wrong slamming light beers and competing with your best friends, we were hooked by elements like the defense, the strategy, and the overall flavor of the game that was clearly missing in Beirut or whatever you call that game where you throw balls in cups.
We were also disappointed with the presence of the game in the online community. Don't get us wrong, we're the first to appreciate the underground, raw nature of the game and don't want to formalize it too much, but we want to make sure it's in the conversation as the narrative around drinking games progresses and gets more exposure. Above all, we love this game and want to share that love.
Hopefully this website allows you to learn the game for the first time or explore the nuances of it as you progress towards mastery. If you've reached the sad day of graduating college, hopefully this website helps you find a game of Pong, either through connecting with others in your town or participating in one of our future, hosted tournaments.
